The Forest is in Bloom

A post about Forest of Fate from 5th June 2017

The Forest of Fate enters a new season, as BETA testing draws to a close and components are beginning to come together.

The last few weeks have been packed with excitement, with lots of opportunities to test Forest of Fate out there in the wild. I'm pleased to say that so far it has been a huge success (the simulator really paid off). The areas that I suspected might need work have been revised, rules have been simplified and a true end-game has been added. Most importantly everyone has loved the storytelling narratives, and not too many of you have survived. Phew!

Things are so busy right now that I'll have to keep this short and sweet. So I'll leave you with the news that I've just hired a fantastic artist to work on the box and character cards.

To whet your appetite here are just a few of the first batch of encounter cards, in all their multi-colour glory. Enjoy!
