Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can cancel any order without having to give a reason, at any time within the cooling off period (30 working days beginning on the day after you receive the goods).
If you are in possession of the goods, please hold on to them and take reasonable care of them. We will ask you to send the goods back to us at your own cost (unless we delivered them to you in error, or an item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled. Any goods you return must be in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging.
Once we have received the goods (or evidence of you having returned the goods, for example a proof of postage receipt) we will make a full refund - including the original postage costs - within 14 days. This refund will be made to the same payment method used when you placed the order.
Faulty Goods
If any goods are faulty when you receive them (for example there are missing or damaged components) please let us know as soon as you can. We will usually ask you to return them to us before we issue a refund in line with the Returns Policy above. In this case we will also refund the costs of any return postage, so please keep hold of any postage receipts.
